What is Thalza's Beauty returns policy?

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. You then have an additional 30 days to return the product. Once we receive the item in good condition, we will issue a full refund, excluding return postage costs.

Are there any costs associated with returning products?

Yes, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Thalza Beauty cannot be held responsible for lost or untraceable returns. For more details, please refer to our full Returns Policy.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5 working days, and no later than 14 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed.

What are the delivery times and charges?

We offer free standard delivery. Orders are usually delivered within 8–15 working days to the UK, Australia, United States and Canada. This includes a processing time of 1–4 working days and shipping time of 7–11 working days, depending on the destination. Does Thalza Beauty offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the UK, Australia, United States and Canada. This allows us to maintain high standards in delivery reliability and customer service.
